In Ukraine, a man killed for refusing to give way to bus

In Zaporizhia region detained a man who is suspected of murdering a young man at loggerheads for a seat in the taxi.

A crime committed in the city of Melitopol in the stop of public transport, the forUm with reference to the center of public relations GUMVD Ukraine in Zaporizhia region.

According to the investigation, 28-year-old local resident received injuries incompatible with life, for having refused to give way in the bus. At that time, under a canopy at a sizeable crowd of people waiting taxi.

Suddenly, to the young man came a stranger and in rough shape offered him to give up a seat in the bus. In response, he was refused and after a short verbal battle quickly exiting. Some time back an attacker with a knife in his hands and immediately attacked him on the victim.

The young man received a penetrating stab wound in the chest, after which the victim lost consciousness. Witnesses to the incident immediately led police to the scene and an ambulance.

After some time the victim died in hospital from injuries received. Operatives hot pursuit detained 30-year-old suspect.

A preliminary investigation found that the assailant and had been in conflict with law. He has already had two previous convictions for theft and robbery. Now he instituted criminal proceedings on st.115 Criminal Code (premeditated murder).
